Closing the Deal
Now that your home is on the market, we wait for offers. There are a variety of offers that can be made, as well as offers we can choose to accept. Depending on the needs of your specific sale, we’ll help you decide what kind of offers you’d like to take and negotiate the best offer on your behalf.

Your representatives' objectivity, experience, counsel, and professional demeanour are indispensable in these situations. Price is not the only negotiable item in the sale of a home. Potential buyers can place their choice of terms in the offer. A seller can accept the offer as is, decline the offer outright or make a counteroffer. We will guide you through this process.

Once we’ve found the right offer, we negotiate with their representatives and coordinate with your lawyer to finalise paperwork and officiate the sale.
